If you ever fancy some delicious Italian food when in Soho, just pop in to Bancone! It is a pasta bar on Lower James Street with a beautiful interior design, fantastic staff and incredible dishes. Their menu takes inspiration from many of the 20 regions of Italy and their pasta is hand made every day!
We had a selection of Italian salumi and Nocellara olives for starters and oh my, they were gorgeous. And to handle all this greatness I had a glass of Aperol Spritz, and rest be assured, I was not disappointed. 🙂
Our main courses were:
- Potato gnocchi with beetroot cream, goat cheese and kale crisps
- Spicy Pork & n’duja ragu with mafalde
They were as good as they look. Brilliant food, brilliant flavours and representation.
https://www.bancone.co.uk/ is definitely a place to visit and enjoy a nice meal.
