Riddle and Finns is a Brighton based seafood restaurant with two homes; one in the Lanes and another on the beach. The beach location has an al fresco terrace looking over the sea and is always rather busy so it’s worth booking in advance. The restaurant is working with trusted and knowledgeable suppliers, their main supplier of fresh fish are local Shoreham based BNFS, who provide us with day caught local fish and shellfish from their fleet of inshore fishing boats.
